We hope you love all your goodies! If for some reason you are not completely in love, you may return for STORE CREDIT ONLY (NO REFUNDS) unless it is due to a mistake on our part.
To initiate a return, kindly follow these steps:
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org;
2. Make sure to put the word RETURNS in your subject line;
3. In your email include: Full Name - Order Number - Reason for return or exchange.
In Store & Store Pickup Returns - 3 DAY RETURN POLICY ** instore pickup is not available during this time due to COVID19. Once we are allowed to open our doors, we will resume with this service. In the meantime, we are offering FREE SHIPPING
For IN-STORE purchases & IN-STORE pickups ONLY: You have 3 days within which to return your purchase for STORE CREDIT (NO REFUNDS). If you ordered online and selected store pickup, please pick up your items within 7 days of purchase date to be eligible for store credit if need be. The 3-day return policy begins the moment the package is picked up and signed for at the store. We have the right to deny a return after the 3 day time period has lapsed.
Online Returns - 7 DAY RETURN POLICY
Returns for Online orders shipped are accepted within 7 days of the day tracking shows your order was delivered to you for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE, MINUS any shipping fees paid by Girls Will Be Girls (as promotion, etc) or the customer. We have the right to deny a return after the 7 day time period has lapsed.
On orders with promotional free shipping or discounted shipping, shipping fees which were at our expense will be deducted from store credit.
IN-STORE pick-up and returns are welcome FOR ALL ONLINE ORDERS. All ONLINE orders returned IN-STORE will be issued "online store credits" only.
ALL IN-STORE pick up orders will have a 3-DAY return policy from the date the order was picked up (no more than 10 days after the order is purchased) (NOTE: as opposed to the 7 day allowed for shipped orders).
We cant hold, but if you leave a note in your package stating that you are wanting to exchange for a different size, or color, we can do so based off of our inventory availability at that time. An exchange is not guaranteed, but if available, we will ship out your new size as soon as possible (customer is responsible for shipping fees on exchanges).
All jewelry, sunglasses, hats, scarves, shoes, bandeau bras, bralettes, swimsuits, handbags, intimates, candles, gift cards/certificates, daily deals, discounted items and "sale" merchandise are FINAL SALE. Pre-Order items are FINAL SALE. Exchange/Store Credit is for regular price merchandise only.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges to mail item(s) back.
Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, altered, free of makeup, tanning stains, perfume odor, deodorant, stain, wear or damaged in any way, with all tags still attached. Girls Will Be Girls has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that GWBG determines does not meet these requirements.
*If customer mails back a Non Returnable item it will either be sent back to the sender (pending customer pays shipping to ship it back) or kept by Girls Will Be Girls if customer fails to pay return postage. No exchanges/refunds will be given on "non returnable items" that are sent back anyway without our pre-approval.*
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours at email@example.com OR TEXT/CALL 305-610-1155.
We strongly suggest you obtain a return shipping tracking number when returning an item back to us. We are not responsible for lost packages that have not been tracked as "received" at our store.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or address changes made after item has shipped. We are not responsible for stolen merchandise once item shows "delivered" on USPS tracking service.
Girls Will Be Girls shall not be held liable for lost packages once shipped. Tracking is provided to customer and Girls Will Be Girls will not be responsible for customer error so please ensure the mailing address is correct when ordering. Girls Will Be Girls is not responsible for items lost in transit or items lost after tracking shows item delivered.
